Loved To the End

Text: John 13:1

The Big Idea: We all long to be loved deeply, passionately, fulfillingly, extravagantly — and this is how Christ has loved us.

1) Jesus loved you all the way to his end.

Question to consider: If Christ did not back down at the cross, is there anything he won’t do for you?

2) Jesus loves you all the way to your end.

Question to consider: In what ways has Christ’s love elevated you since you came to love him?

3) Jesus loves you all the way to the end.

Question to consider: When you stand before God, will you be trusting in Christ’s love or your accomplishments?

God tells us, over and over again, to focus our starving souls on the superb reality of who He is, what He is doing, and what He promises to do for all who trust in Him.

And God’s invitation to glory in Him is nowhere more explicit than in the repeated command to ‘Behold.’
